INGREDIENTS
175g butter, softened
65g cocoa powder
340g dark brown sugar
2 eggs
100g gluten free plain flour
100g white chocolate chips
METHOD
Preheat the oven to 170˚C (fan). Cream together the butter and sugar, then add the cocoa powder. Beat in the eggs, then the flour and chocolate chips. Place mixture into a lightly greased 8" square tin. Bake for 25 minutes and allow to cool completely before cutting.
Eat warm with ice cream for an even more indulgent treat!
Honestly, i cannot thank you enough for this! I have a knack for confectioneries and just love brownies and being gluten intolerant this recipe will be wondrous for me. Thanks again.
