I made this easy dinner in half an hour and it was super-duper tasty for minimal effort!
The chicken is simply, generously coated in Nando's peri-peri salt and left to oven cook, while the rice is steamed, thrown in a frying pan with some already cooked mixed veg and flavoured with two curry spices, cumin and turmeric.
This is a no fuss, delicious dinner that I'm glad I threw together on a whim!
